Lesson 9

What to do if Kriyas* arise?

If your Kundalini energy is awake and in it's more active and noticeable phases, *spontaneous movement and expression can occur spontaneously when you tune in to meditation. This is Kriya Shakti (action energy) expressing by divine intelligence, in automatic involuntary movements, and can be of an emotional, physical, mental or energetic nature. More or less subtle or tangible.

If Kriyas occur in your meditation practice, allow them. They enable spontaneous clearing and openings inspired by the intelligence of Kundalini itself.

Then come back to your centering practice in the end of your session to center the energy.

Persistent kriyas

If the same Kriya is happening over an extended period of time with no development or refinement, first contemplate if there is a mental or emotional withholding that prevents a holistic integration and release.

Alternatively, try alternating your practice so that the externally facing energy that is animating the kriya, or movement, is centered through your intent and centering practice.

If the kriyas still persist, seek counsel through a 1:1 session. Inquire through the contact page.

Or go deeper into guided inquiries in The Sanctuary which touch upon themes and subjects that can help mental orientation and bring inspired openings. These include Shakti transmissions as well, and inspires deep peace and meditative states to occur.

Know that the kriyas are the divine unfolding within you, clearing the way for greater clarity and ease, and will refine and settle over time.

Out of Her own intelligence.

...Next we touch upon what to do after one-pointedness is occuring.
