Lesson 2
What Is the Goal?
You may say that the goal of meditation is to find peace, harmony and balance. To feel calm and quiet the monkey mind.
To be more present, or to unlock the flow of creativity. To achieve fulfillment, well-being and happiness.
Or even to find out who you truly are, in enlightenment, Self-realization and illumination of divine nature. To be Love.
I dare say, that ALL of the above springs out from your inner infinity, a result from sincere meditation and energetic unfoldment.
And the most accessible aim in meditation is to achieve one-pointedness
because when it is established consciousness gently collapses, and opens into voidness.
In this inner shoreless ocean of awareness, the power of grace (Anugraha Shakti) reveals the rest, illuminating both keys of the psyche, understanding and your enlightened state, in natural order.
Especially if the mind remains open and free of interpretation and grasping.
Just like the seed sprouts in good soil and in natural timing, out of the impulse of life itself to grow and evolve, so shall your divine illumination blossom forth in the beauty of your own inner garden.
Nurture it with loving patience and aligned meditation.
I liken it to a waiting room, where you give yourself the conducive enablers of openness, faith and surrender.
It is the most potent waiting room you will sit in.
It is your inner sanctum.
