Lesson 4

A mind that knows it cannot know can open to trust

The limited mind cannot go find the unlimited.

It has to relax is seeking, or outward-facing attention, and rest. Then and only then can the unlimited unknown become known.

The limited mind can be motivated though with some helpful knowledge, and bring you to your meditation practice.

It can direct your consciousness toward becoming one-pointed so that it can collapse in on its own, retreat back into its original source energy, to cease the looking out to what the senses are seeing, and be open to discover anew.

Knowing this, the mind can feel trust in your practice that becomes somewhat empty of content and know it is a good thing. Trust brings ease. Ease brings openness to intuitive revelation and receptivity to that which you seek, healing, harmony, spiritual illumination, and embodiment of divine love & bliss.

Just like the seed trusts the impulse of life to bring it to flowering and fruition, you can choose to trust your Inner Sanctum.

With reverence to the divinity within, free and expansive within your inner sanctum, holy temple or inner church, trust, or rather faith in the good outcome of the unknown, brings a devotional frequency that not only accelerates your illumination, but also brings a quality to life that is wonderful.

...Now, let's talk about different types of meditation.
